As a Commercial Business Development Manager, you'll drive business growth by identifying prospects, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our client's restoration services to businesses across the region. You'll also work closely with restoration teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition : Identify, pursue, and secure new business relationships within the commercial sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and insurance professionals to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth : Actively promote the company's comprehensive restoration services to commercial clients to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Market Strategy : Analyze the market to identify potential clients and new business opportunities, tailoring strategies to achieve growth goals.
