As an Executive Assistant you will :
- Provide non-routine, project-based administrative support to senior-level management.
- Manage multiple calendars, prioritize requests, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, seminars, and conferences for leadership.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and serve as a gate-keeper.
- Continuously improve administrative procedures and support the company's mission-critical goals.
This is a Full-Time, Temporary opportunity.
