This is a great position for a person that is passionate about HR and or production operations/staffing and looking to grow. We are happy to train the right individual that is passionate and great with people. - Able to multi task in a fast moving environment
- Backgrounds of some of the most successful people in the role today!
- College degree in related field or 1 year of staffing or Customer Service experience
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office proficient, Excel, and Word)
- Strong client centered service delivery and impeccable client relation skills required
- Demonstrated verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Would like Second shift or possibly weekend work
- Manage all attendance and punctuality for temporary employees
- Manage temporary employees through leadership and professionalism
- Recruit and source new employee's
- Ability to closely follow up with all workers compensation and injury events
- Manage time keeping program that is use to keep track of employee hours
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Constant updating employee database
- Undertaking other tasks as directed by the On-Site Manager
