Process Development Technician

Volt is hiring a Process Development Technician to join our team in Maplewood, MN. As a Process Development Technician, you will apply your strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to develop and apply particle processing and material analysis techniques.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and apply particle processing and material analysis techniques
• Document test results and perform basic statistical analysis
• Provide observations and conclusions

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year of experience as a technician in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Two or more years of experience in process or product development using methodologies such as 5S, Six Sigma, SPC, or similar
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
