As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Team Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate workflows, and support team members to ensure smooth operations. As a Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing team activities, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth collaboration across the team.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate team meetings.
Ensure that team meetings, decisions and tasks are documented and easily accessible for future reference.
Task & Project Management
Oversee the progress of ongoing projects, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain up-to-date records on team progress and status reports.
Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders, highlighting potential delays or issues that need attention.
Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to evaluate the success of tasks and projects.
Report on efficiency, task completion rates, and other relevant performance data.
Communication & Collaboration
Help facilitate clear communication between team members, management, and other departments.
Draft and distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Organizing documentation
Develop presentations, as needed.
Collaborate with other teams or departments to ensure cross-functional tasks and projects are progressing smoothly.
Ensure any dependencies between teams are identified and resolved promptly.
Resource & Materials Management
Manage and track team resources, ensuring availability and efficient use of materials.
Coordinate the procurement of supplies, equipment, and tools for the team.
Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve logistical issues affecting the team’s performance.
Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving to maintain workflow efficiency.
Provide light analysis for projects, as needed
Continuous Improvement
Participate in team meetings to offer insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Assist in the implementation of new tools or systems to streamline operations.
Qualifications
Experience
4 years of experience in a team coordination or administrative role.
Experience in project management or coordination (preferred).
Prior experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Skills:
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Mail, Pages, Numbers, Keynote or equivalent productivity tools.
Experience with project management software is an advantage.
Duties may evolve based on the team’s needs.
Role Details:
Full time, Contract opportunity. Hybrid, 3 days in the office.
Duration: 07-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Location: Austin TX
Pay Rate: $40/hr. to $43.26/hr.
