Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Utilize Quickbooks for bill entries, invoicing and purchase orders
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Provide support to office staff and executives as needed
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory
- Handle scheduling and appointment setting
- Coordinate logistics
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Quickbooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
