The Supportive Services Manager is responsible for all case management and supportive services provided to clients. Specifically, Incumbent ensures that the case management team delivers services to clients in a manner which is consistent with professional standards of case management, the contractual requirements of the funding sources and the policies, guidelines and shared Values of Volunteers of America of Ohio and Indiana.

Bachelor’s Degree in a human services’ field with three years of related experience. One (1) year of previous managerial experience is required. Previous experience working in a residential setting is highly desired. Demonstrated skills in the following areas are critical: Case management, personnel management; and oversight of a performance measurement system.
