Volvo Cars of Naples is searching for Multi- Talented Business Development (BDC) / Customer Relations Coordinator.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
This Active - Engaged - Dynamic person will be responsible to assist and create a successful BDC Department while working with current sales and management staff. They will also work with cutomer base to enage in events and social media posts, partner with and find community involvment events in our area as well as assist in communiciation with prospects and clients.
Additionally this person will assist with general administrative duties, such as CRM Database management and engagement, planning, scheduling, vendor communications and additional marketing / administrative duties.

- Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about market changes
- Track and analyze sales data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
