We offer excellent opportunities for those interested in working in partnership with a team of professionals committed to providing exceptional client service. Primary responsibilities include; electronic file maintenance, client intake process, closing matters, proofing and editing documents, time entry along with a variety of other administrative duties. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We seek a team oriented, dedicated professional with superior client service skills, exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills. This position provides administrative and overflow support to a variety of practice areas. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years prior experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office as well as electronic document management systems.
