We seek a highly-motivated Trusts & Estates Attorney with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills to join and support our Milwaukee, Madison or Neenah office. Qualified candidates will have eight or more years’ experience drafting and administering sophisticated estate plans, implementing advanced planning strategies such as SLATs, GRATs and other irrevocable trusts, preparing and defending on audit federal estate and gift tax returns, and advising clients on complex tax and family planning matters. A book of business is not required.
