As a Team Leader for the Service Department, you’ll be responsible for staff management and development.
You'll be expected to :
- Lead and Supervise : Engage and motivate staff with daily supervision on operational tasks; holds end responsibility for scheduling
- Oversee Employee Development : Set out career progression for each team member and manages the annual performance review process
- Collaborate : Work with global peers on capacity, department improvements, and training opportunities
