Your responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, allocation, and delivery of final product to ensure it is within budget and scope.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
- Confer with internal sources and third parties regarding changes and adjustments to project budget.
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure strict deadlines are met.
- Manage project roadblocks and problem solve through them to ensure timely completion of a quality job.
- Maintain and build rapport with customers and potential customers to develop job opportunities for Tri-State Utilities.
- Must be able to travel as required dependent on current and prospective jobs.
What we need from you (our requirements):
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must have strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Must possess strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Must possess the ability to manage frequent interruptions
- Must possess proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools and technically savvy
- Must have ability to solve complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in civil engineering, environmental engineering, communication, marketing, construction management, or other relevant field.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and includes shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays - Flexibility is required as job duties demand.
