Customer Service Representative - Order Taker

Job Description

• Helpful to have knowledge of concrete applications industry practices
• Takes order from customer and enters correct information into Command System.
• Sells the company and sells the value added products.
• Keeps schedule graph current.
• Obtains proper directions to job and any special circumstances.
• Responsible for on-time delivery and avoids over-booking.
• Interacts closely with customer service/sales/operations teams
• Advanced computer skills with the ability multi-task (ie. Take a phone order while entering information into the system)
• Excellent typing skills
• Ability to read and write
• Customer service experience
• Ability to read a map and coordinate directions to job sites
• Good listening skills
• Good phone skills
• Ability to "think on their feet"
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
