DAY IN THE LIFE: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline of communication for our dealership partners and end users. From answering inquiries and verifying warranty coverage, to processing registration changes and assembling marketing kits, your role is vital to ensuring seamless service delivery. You’ll work on-site with a collaborative team, supporting VSS Group’s nationwide impact.
You’ll also assist with office inventory, CRM data entry, and basic administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys multitasking with professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Educate customers and dealership partners on the terms and benefits of our tire warranty programs
- Process one-off registrations and cancellations
- Maintain and update our proprietary CRM system and databases
- Coordinate inventory orders for marketing materials and office supplies
- Assemble and ship marketing kits to dealer clients and field reps
- Assist with general administrative duties (scanning, filing, faxing, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of customer service or warranty/claims administration experience, preferably phone-based
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of the automotive or tire service industry is a plus
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
