Our Haslet, TX facility is a cutting-edge gummy manufacturing plant, and we're looking for an HR Generalist to lead human resources on-site-ensuring a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.
Summary :
As the HR Generalist, you'll be the go-to HR leader for our Haslet facility, partnering with site leadership to drive hiring, retention, employee relations, and workplace culture. You'll also support our industry-leading workplace safety program and key corporate HR initiatives. This role reports to the Director of HR and offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Your primary activities will include but are not limited to :
- Provide guidance to employees and managers, fostering a culture of engagement, respect, and accountability.
- Support hiring managers in attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent to keep our facility running at its best.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and team engagement.
- Apply company policies fairly and consistently across all levels while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Work closely with leadership to uphold Vytalogy's strong EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) culture and ensure workplace safety.
- Continuously refine HR programs to improve efficiency effectiveness and the overall employee experience.
You'll need the following (minimum qualifications) :
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and / or education.
