Description
We are looking for customer-oriented service representatives. A customer service representative, or CSR, will provide product and service information and help to resolve any issues with
customer accounts. The best CSR’s are genuinely excited to help customers. The goal is
excellent customer service, prompt response times and high customer satisfaction. This position is excel-lent for the gardener or plant person, who would love to share their plant knowledge with our garden center and landscape customers.
Requirements
- Answer the phone
- Take customer orders
- Superb communication skills
- Help customers with their plant/perennial related questions
- Enter orders in the computer and process the necessary paperwork tied to those orders to prepare for picking
- Help with counter sales
- Accurate computer keyboard skills are a must.
- Horticulture and/or perennial plant experience or knowledge is a plus
Other possible responsibilities include:
- Managing a large amount of incoming calls
- Generating sales leads
- Building good customer relations
- Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
