W-Industries is currently searching for a team oriented, highly motivated individual with experience in a high-volume and deadline driven environment as a Document Control Specialist to work at our Gears Rd. location in North Houston. The ideal candidate is going to have 1 years of experience managing and tracking company documents.

Requirements
- Takes responsibility for all document and data management aspects of projects.
- Store, manage, scan, image, organize and maintain documents adhering to the W-Industries document life-cycle procedures. Assure documents submitted to document control are appropriately named, numbered, etc.
- Archive completed records in accordance with the records retention schedule.
- Prepare & transmit documents generated by the engineering staff to the customer via project specific channels on a day to day basis.
- Ensure company records management and retention policies are followed.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external business partners.
