Job Title: Escrow Officer / Jr. Escrow Officer / Escrow Assistant
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:Open new escrow transactions, including reviewing RPA, opening Title, and inputting data.
Process escrow transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, and lending institutions.
Maintain superior follow-ups with customers to ensure all parties receive and sign necessary documents.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Mandarin-speaking preferred.
Minimum of one year of escrow experience required.
Experience with RBJ software is preferred.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
