Join Northern New England's premier boat dealer located at the largest full-service marina along the Maine coast. We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team and operate our mobile service unit.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess experience with outboard and inboard/outboard mechanical systems, specifically Yamaha or Mercury-certified engines. This role requires creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on outboard and inboard/outboard marine engines.
• Operate mobile service equipment to provide on-site customer support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using industry tools and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marine Technician with expertise in Yamaha or Mercury engines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a mobile service vehicle.
