Provider Network Representative
Location: Hybrid - Albuquerque, NM (3 days onsite, 2 WFH)
Duration: 11-month Contract
Pay: $18.74 - $24.00/hour
What You'll Do:
Assist providers with claims, contracts, and pricing issues.
Provide training and ongoing support for providers.
Resolve systemic issues and claims discrepancies.
Maintain provider databases and generate reports.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities and providers.
Ensure compliance with contracts, claims processing, and reimbursement guidelines.
Support management with special projects and reporting.
What You'll Need:
4 years of healthcare/insurance experience or Bachelor’s degree.
3 years in network management, credentialing, or customer service.
Knowledge of healthcare contracts, claims systems, and provider reimbursement.
Proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel).
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Salary : $19 - $24
