SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the front desk/reception area and providing administrative support to the Day Services and Supported Living departments and additional administrative support in other area’s as designated by supervisor.
What you can do for Wabash Center:
- Meet/greet the public in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer a multi-line telephone and forward calls to appropriate staff.
- Assist in general office procedures including, but not limited to, distribution of daily mail, filing, and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Perform regular data entry and scanning and uploading documents.
- Provide clerical support to the Director of Day Services and Supported Living and Senior Program Managers.
- Support the Day Services and Supported living departments through the procurement of supplies and other tasks as needed.
- Maintain office equipment and general cleanliness of lobby and reception area.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
- Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
- Confidentiality is an essential function of the job.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures and report all unsafe working conditions and potential hazards to immediate supervisor.
