Wachter is accepting applications for a Human Resources Generalist. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Human Resources for the Mt. Laurel, NJ office. The ideal candidate will be well-versed and stay up-to-date with relevant NJ and PA employment laws and regulations to ensure Wachter remains compliant and current.

- Serve as HR Representative for respective location.
- Work with leadership and employees to promote a fair and consistent working environment.
- Train and assist with MORs and disciplinary processes.
- Assist with employee relations, have an open door for concerns/issues/complaints.
- Take notes and work with HR Senior Leadership on HR investigations.
- Maintaining personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Be available to assist employees with benefit questions and work with Benefits Team to resolve.
- Work as a liaison between employees and their management on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
- Any other duties that might be assigned.
- Travel to the Lenexa, KS, or Lowell, AR office for training as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or human resources, or in a related field preferred.
- Must have 3 years experience working as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Must be proficient in NJ and PA employment/labor laws.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow-up.
Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
