Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our family dental practice. This role requires familiarity with dental terminology, HIPAA regulations, and experience in a dental setting. Past experience in dental assisting is a plus, but don’t need to have your RDA certificate yet to qualify for the position of front desk/ Assitant. We do love our staff to be cross trained and you have the willingness to help assist in the back. Most of the time will be up front and just occasionally fill in as an Assitant.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits, utilizing our clinic management systems. We have online Thrive system (like Pracrice works). Easier to work than Dentrix
