Teck-Savvy Automotive Specialist
Wagonmaster Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Specialist to support the SmartVMA program, an advanced dealership tool. In this role, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage priorities, and build strong relationships with customers and team members. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are key.
Qualifications:
· Must live in Pierce County, Lakewood, or near the University of Tacoma
· Automotive industry experience is a must
· Familiarity with fixed operations and dealer management systems is a bonus
· Experience with automotive software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Valid driver’s license in good standing; reliable vehicle is required
· Strong communication skills and the ability to present to clients
· Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
· Self-starter with a competitive and collaborative attitude
· Detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on building relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide excellent software sales support and guidance to Business Developers and customers.
· Installing software sales support and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEM’s.
· Regular communication with the Business Development Directors to ensure the launch of all customers is on schedule.
· Liaison between Wagonmaster and SmartVMA.
· Work with the Business Development Directors to set up regular reporting schedules for all customers.
· Build and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers personal KPI’s.
· Maintain documentation and ensure updates, as applicable, for changing strategies and processes.
