Wagonmaster Group is seeking a Automotive enthusiast who is computer teck-savvy to support the SmartVMA software program, an advanced dealership tool. In this role, you'll troubleshoot issues, manage priorities, and build strong relationships with customers and team members. Attention to detail and strong computer skills are key.
Qualifications :
Must live in Pierce County, Lakewood, or near the University of Tacoma
Automotive industry experience is a must
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Adobe Suite proficiency is a plus
Valid drivers license in good standing; reliable vehicle is required
Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
Detail-oriented, analytical, and focused on building relationships
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent software sales support and guidance to Sales and customers.
Installing software sales support and troubleshoot menus using the SmartVMA platform for all OEMs.
Liaison between Wagonmaster and SmartVMA.
Build and maintain specialized reports to reflect customers personal KPIs.
Maintain documentation and ensure updates, as applicable, for changing strategies and processes.
