RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize technical sales skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our products or services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Leverage Salesforce to track and analyze customer interactions, identify trends, and optimize sales efforts.
- Utilize warm calling and effective communication skills to engage with potential customers and drive sales conversations.
- Thursday to Monday (could be flexible)
- Negotiate with customers to secure deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
