You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and providing support for various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, benefits, and training records
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Support performance management processes by tracking employee reviews and providing necessary documentation
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and maintaining confidentiality
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support for training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation
- Stay current on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements
- Handle other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role
- Understanding of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
