Required Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of computer systems required.
Job Specific Duties:
-Order Supply Tasks Manages the purchasing/receiving of drug/supply orders from the wholesaler/suppliers;
-Manages the computer system set up with the wholesaler Discrepancy Control Resolves purchase orders problems and billing errors when they occur Billing Responsibilities Manages the transfer expenses/billing.
Price Accuracy-Maintains accurate prices in applicable computer system
-Invoice Tasks Accurately posts invoices within 5 days of receipt Professionalism Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules.
-Practices teamwork and adheres to Standards of Behavior.
