Duties
- Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Assist with tasks using Industry Specific software and ensure accurate financial records.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and responding to inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Support front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
- Utilize software for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in technology is highly desirable.
