We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth minded, experienced Restaurant General Manager driven to work in a people first environment! Candidates must have high standards and have a passion and dedication for developing people to reach their goals and achieve financial results.
Our General Manager is responsible for the total operations of Waldos Chicken & Beer, including building sales and all other aspects of profit and loss. The General Manager leads the daily operations of the restaurant, including Front of House and all oversight of our scratch-made Kitchen. In addition, they oversee quality of food and beverage preparation and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, food safety and sanitation. Responsible for the communication and administration of all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including FOH, BOH and all aspects of guest satisfaction
- Experience with inventory management, cost control and financial reporting
- Understanding of Fianacial statements, budgets and profitability analysis
- Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions to improve restaurant performance
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
- Strong intrapersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Stong problem solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, labor laws and other relevant legal requirements
- ServSafe certified

Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
