Monday through Friday 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM, additional hours seasonally

About the Position:
Responsibilities:
- General handyman and maintenance requests
- Change Air Filters, Light Bulbs, etc
- Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
- Ability to work in all weather, dark spaces and at heights
