Summary

Walinga USA sells and services feed trailers, feed bodies, & hydraulic wet kits in the United States and has an opening in our Sioux Center, Iowa location. We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a position as a Shipper/Receiver for our warehouse and service operations. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for shipping, receiving, invoicing, answering phones for part orders, assisting customers at the parts counter and some assistance in inventory control. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shipping customer orders, primarily via UPS
• Receiving product, verifying for accuracy and recording in computer system
• Communicating with customers on the status of their quotes and sales orders
• Coordinating pickup/delivery arrangements for parts sales orders
• Invoicing, ensuring accuracy of product, quantity, etc
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Answering phones and assisting walk-in customers
• Assist in other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, where there is often a high level of urgency.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and record-keeping.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate intermediate computer skills, including spreadsheet knowledge.
• Ability to interface with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting task
• Ideal candidate should be within a 30-minute commute of facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
