Department Overview
Financial Planning and Analysis produces internal management reports for the executive and senior leadership as well as budgeting & forecasting materials.
The Impact You Will Have
As an FP&A Analyst, you will work as a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team to provide senior and executive leadership with reports and other financial materials needed to make strategic decisions and manage the internal operations of the business. You will collaborate with teams across the company, including Accounting, Financial Reporting, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Business Development, Human Resources, and Marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of commercial real estate finance within a publicly traded company.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insights on financial performance (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and annual reports).
- Gather and analyze data to support the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Working closely with the FP&A team to perform ad hoc requests and projects & perform other duties as assigned.
- Attendance is generally 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST Monday through Friday with the ability to work up to 2 of those days remotely
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting
- Ability to show ownership of your work, take on challenges and acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience when learning new processes
- Discretion in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Courtesy, respect, and thoughtfulness in teaming with colleagues and other stakeholders

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
