JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop goals, strategic plans, and timelines for department initiatives
- Track execution progress and campaign performance metrics
- Monitor and report on budget activity: cost estimates, funding requests, and ongoing expenditures
- Create and manage high-level roadmaps and project plans for strategic projects (e.g., Provider Data Platform, CRM, Contract Management)
- Identify and communicate project interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Develop executive-level presentations and updates for Leads and Steering Committees
- Align staff resources with project and campaign priorities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to support successful outcomes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant business experience
- 5 years of experience in strategic planning, execution tracking, and multi-year planning/funding activities
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated project/program management experience
- Ability to communicate and present to senior leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel (expert-level)
- Proven background in budget monitoring, including cost estimates, funding requests, and financial reporting
- Strong project/program management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
