If you’re a strategic mastermind with a knack for rolling up your sleeves and diving deep into Amazon listing magic, advertising wizardry, and product launches that steal the show, we want YOU to take the reins of our Fearless brand on Amazon and beyond.

In this dynamic role, you'll be our Amazon guru, managing listings, driving killer ad strategies, and keeping our inventory in check like a true e-commerce sorcerer. But that’s not all! You’ll lead the charge in crafting a star-studded Amazon storefront for Walker Tape while keeping the distributor relationships smooth and thriving on the platform!

Take Time Off (You Deserve It!)

Once you’re hired, you’ll receive 44 hours of paid time off. After your six-month anniversary, you’ll earn an additional 60 hours of PTO. Our PTO schedule is based on years of service, meaning as you stay with the company, you'll be allotted more PTO each year. We want you to be able to get out and do fun stuff!

What you will do:

Take the reins on Amazon listings for the Fearless brand—optimizing content, A Content, SEO, and tweaking conversion rates like a pro.

• Master Amazon ads by teaming up with an external consultant to make sure every ad dollar works its magic and growth follows.
• Keep the stock flow smooth by managing inventory planning and forecasting—so no more running out of stock or drowning in overstock!
• Lead the charge for new product launches on Amazon—get those Fearless products front and center, with a strategy to make sales soar.
•  Be the architect of the Walker Tape Amazon storefront—building a stunning space that screams brand consistency and has high-quality product pages.
• Become the Amazon whisperer for Walker Tape distributors—ensuring they’re spot on with brand representation, compliance, and hitting those performance targets.
• Steer the Fearless Shopify ship—making sure it’s a seamless experience, optimized for conversions, SEO, and all-around customer delight.
• Get creative with multi-channel fulfillment strategies—targeting platforms like Target (and other key retailers) for maximum exposure and efficiency.
• Team up with other departments to create fun, engaging content, promotions, and campaigns that get the word out and boost sales.
• Own the advertising consultant relationship—aligning on growth goals, performance metrics, and executing campaigns that actually deliver.

What you need to be successful:

• 5 years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital marketing—basically, you’ve been in the game long enough to know the ins and outs.
• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and listing optimization—you know how to make listings pop and ads deliver real results.
• Experience managing Shopify or similar DTC platforms—you’ve kept your sites running smoothly, driving both performance and marketing success.
• A proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands—you know how to grow a brand through strategic marketplace and fulfillment channel expansion.
• Strong project management skills—you excel at juggling multiple priorities while consistently driving projects to successful completion.
• Experience working with third-party consultants or agencies—you’ve collaborated with external partners to elevate performance and achieve goals.
• A data-driven mindset—you thrive on growth, optimization, and solving problems with a passion for results.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
