- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Mentor and coach leasing agents and maintenance professionals to enhance performance.
- Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community owners, residents, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of property management experience, preferably with HUD/Section 8 experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi platform.
