Service Coordination Specialist:
The Walters group is recruiting a new hire to join our customer support team. This position will interact with both our customers and our service agents to discuss their service requests and coordinate the repair process from start to finish. We would like to find a candidate that has several years of experience as a service coordinator, however we are willing to work with candidates that possess the needed skills to succeed in this position.
The service process involves the following:
- Answer the incoming call to inquire as to the type of service that is needed.
- Verify the customer's information including the type of equipment they have.
- Communicate with our technicians to insure we send the proper parts for the repair.
- Schedule the parts to ship and track the status of that shipment.
- Schedule technicians located around the country to perform the needed repair.
- Follow up with the customer after the repair and schedule the parts to be returned.
Candidates for this position should possess the following:
- Good communication skills. Candidates must have the ability to communicate well with both customers and co-workers.
- Highly Organized. Candidates need to be able to organize data from multiple sources...email, computer software, cloud based solutions, etc.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
