includes design build, cost plus fee, guaranteed maximum price and stipulated sum formats.

Projects from tenant finish to new construction range in value from $50,000 to $20,000,000. Revenues exceed

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

• Code, enter and pay vendor payables
• Review payable statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist Accounting team with assembling client required project billing documentation
• Reconcile and file municipal and project use taxes
• Manage company credit card billings and payment
• Assist the Project Management and front office teams, as needed
  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting or relevant experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction accounting preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Viewpoint preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and high attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and strong business ethics and leadership
• Local Applicants (Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, and Littleton Areas) strongly preferred
