Warden Fleet is searching for an experienced medium and/or heavy duty service coordinator for a fast growing mobile fleet repair company!
Job Summary
The Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate information and communication between clients and service technicians. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service, data entry, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling services, and maintaining accurate records to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate services based on client needs and availability.
- Produce repair orders for customers including cost and time estimates.
- Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely job completion.
- Update repair orders for estimates after diagnostics are completed.
- Maintain organized office operations, including filing, documentation, and inventory management.
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking client interactions and service requests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
- Service advisor experience with a medium/heavy duty background.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous technician experience is a plus.

EDUCATION
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- ASE Certifications are a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift up to 40lbs at times.
Compensation
- $27 per hour starting pay
- PTO accrual available immediately
- Benefits enrollment at 90 days
