The Job:
Warmoth is seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper who can come up to speed quickly and independently. They are responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping duties for the company. The Full-Charge Bookkeeper ensures that all financial data is accurate, complete, and up to date, providing a reliable basis for financial decision-making. This role requires a high level of honesty, trustworthiness, and discretion, as the bookkeeper will handle sensitive financial data and oversee critical accounting functions.
Essential Functions:
- Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Accounts Payable (AP).
- General Ledger (GL) reconciliation.
- Monthly bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliation.
- Bi-weekly payroll entries and record keeping.
- Prepare financial statements for Executive reference and review.
- Prepare payroll, state, sales tax Nexus, and federal taxes tax returns.
- Fixed asset recording and reporting.
- End of Year accounting processes.
- Primary reception for visitors to the main office.

Site Hours: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: Starting $32.00 - $38.00

Working Environment:
This position does not supervise other positions but will audit the work of other accounting employees. It is full-time, onsite, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and may be expected to work as needed on the New Year holiday. This position works in a temperature-controlled office environment with four other people and directly with one other Accounting Department employee. They will collaborate with and greet all employees or customers who visit the Main Office. This position will spend most of the day standing or sitting at a desk, working at a computer, speaking on the phone or with individuals in person, and must be able to move up to 20 pounds.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5-10 years of previous working experience in accounting, or a related field.
- A candidate selected for this position will be required to complete a background check and drug test once a conditional offer of employment is made.
- A thorough knowledge of all aspects of:
- Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Accounts Payable (AP).
- General Ledger (GL) reconciliation.
- Account reconciliation.
- Payroll entries and record keeping.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
- Preparing payroll, state, sales tax Nexus, and federal taxes tax returns.
- Fixed asset recording and reporting.
- End of Year accounting processes.
- Able to:
- navigate and use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Edition.
- navigate and use Excel, Word, Outlook, (Microsoft Office Suite).
- navigate and use Avalara.
- type 40 wpm and 10-key by touch.
