Your New Role:
WBD Integration team is seeking a Manager, User Support Operations who will be responsible for providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing the Integration suite (Informatica Power Center, IICS) and leading a team. We are specifically looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and experience in integrating ERP applications, SAAS, Data Platforms, PAAS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc., and data warehouses such as Teradata, Snowflake, and RedShift. Experience with the Informatica cloud platform would be ideal for this position.
The Manager, User Support Operations plays a critical role in coordinating and overseeing the integration of various software applications, and technology components within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that all systems work together efficiently to meet business requirements, enhance productivity, and drive innovation.
The candidate's primary job functions include but are not limited to the day-to-day management of the Informatica platform. The candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills to effectively work with peers within the Enterprise Technology Group, various external partners/vendors, and business users to determine requirements and translate them into technical solutions. The candidate must have the ability to work as a hands-on people leader and complete tasks in a dynamic environment to achieve departmental and company goals.
Your Role Accountabilities:
System Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive system integration strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
Project Management: Lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
System Assessment: Evaluate existing systems and identify integration opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and improve efficiency.
Team Management: Collaborate with external vendors and third-party providers to facilitate seamless integration of their products or services with internal systems.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of integration specialists, developers, and engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to execute integration projects successfully.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies related to system integration and apply this knowledge to enhance integration processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the reliability and performance of integrated systems, including data migration, API connectivity, and compatibility testing.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve integration-related issues and conflicts in a timely manner, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of integrated systems, identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement, and implement necessary enhancements.
Qualifications & Experiences:
8 to 10 years of experience as an ETL/Integration developer/engineer/architect
5 years of experience working with Informatica Repository, Designer, Workflow, and Monitor.
3 or more years of people leadership
3 years of programming experience in writing Linux and Shell scripts
7 years of experience setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting PowerCenter for SAP NetWeaver and SAP IDocs
Experience in the extraction of SAP data sources using different integration methods.
Experience in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services like Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, API Management, Cloud Integration Hub Experience in Cloud API Gateway configuration
Proven experience in system integration management, preferably in a complex and large-scale IT environment.
Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
Proficiency in programming languages, API integration, and data transformation.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and technologies.
Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP) can be a plus
