Robust Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards of compliance.

Tax Compliance Expertise: Oversee the preparation and filing of sales tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Your knowledge will keep us in good standing with tax authorities.

Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the accounting functions, contributing to greater efficiency and accuracy in our financial operations.

Collaborative Environment: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Your collaboration will drive our success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
• CPA designation (preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
