Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- CPA designation (preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
