Your Role: As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Warren, LLC, you will:
Inspect and verify incoming shipments, ensuring they match purchase orders.
Record and document all received items, maintaining accurate inventory records.
Unload and organize shipments safely using necessary equipment like forklifts.
Communicate with the purchasing team to resolve any shipment issues.
Label and store materials in their proper locations to maintain organized inventory.
Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are readily available for use.
Adhere to all safety and general guidelines as outlined in the Warren Handbook.
Perform additional duties as assigned and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse roles preferred.
Basic computer skills to log and track inventory records.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, and move materials throughout the workday.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching required.
