Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen – Lead the Charge!
Ready to level up in a leadership role? As an Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen, you’ll partner with the General Manager to run the show! From keeping operations smooth to making sure the team is trained and motivated, you'll play a key role in creating the best atmosphere for both the team and our awesome guests.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Team: Take charge of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from the kitchen to the front counter. Your mission? Keep the quality, service, and atmosphere top-notch!
- Drive Success: Work with the GM to make sure the restaurant hits all targets, including financial performance, sales goals, and customer satisfaction.
- Get the Details Right: Stay on top of inventory, cash control, ordering products, and making sure food safety is always priority #1.
- Train Like a Pro: Ensure your team is trained and ready to rock! This means leading the charge in food safety, product knowledge, and restaurant procedures so everyone is working at their best.
- Create a Safe, Clean Environment: Keep the restaurant safe and sparkling by enforcing safety standards, sanitation procedures, and following health regulations.
- Handle the Heat: Be prepared to manage emergencies like accidents or unexpected situations with calm and confidence.
- Customer First: Help the team deliver outstanding service! Handle customer complaints with care and make sure every unhappy guest leaves as a happy, loyal fan.
