Work Performed :

The Sales & Catering Manager will be tasked with the following duties and responsibilities :

• Solicit new and past sales and catering groups through prospecting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Respond to all sales inquiries, create detailed proposals, conduct site inspections, and execute contracts.
• Negotiate group guest room rates, meeting room rental, and food & beverage minimum.
• Complete, review, and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Coordinate the client's needs and activities to ensure customer's expectations are met, and the property operates efficiently.
• Communicate group details and changes to all hotel departments.
• Monitor guest room block and blocked event space.
• Greet and touch base with groups when in-house.
• Aspire to achieve sales goals including rooms, banquet, and ADR budget
