As an ADT / Certified Counselor / LCPC on the team, you will be handling a manageable caseload of patients looking to you for treatment and help to overcome a wide variety of addiction issues. Your role will be to support and uplift your clients, offering resources and support for them, creating and implementing treatment options, and identifying core issues that could be contributing to their abuse. The ideal candidate is compassionate, has excellent communication skills, and has experience working with people struggling with addiction and abuse.

Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake
- Conduct addiction assessments
- Provide patient case management
- Develop individual treatment plans
- Provide individual, family and group counseling
- Maintain compliant patient records, including progress notes
- Provide crisis intervention
- Provide clinical education, including task-oriented and didactic groups
- Associates, Bachelor's or Master's Licensure within the state of Maryland
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong compassionate outlook, with an upbeat and positive personality
- Experience working with substance abuse patients (desired)
