Job Summary:
Wash King is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Car Wash Manager to oversee a team of 5-6 employees. This role requires someone capable of maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As the manager, you will supervise employees as they clean vehicles, perform final checks, and ensure the completion of services such as vacuuming, window cleaning, tire shine application, and dashboard wipes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality checks on vehicles to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly, including vacuuming, window cleaning, tire shine, and dashboard wiping.
- Train and mentor employees to ensure adherence to company standards and improve efficiency.
- Track and manage employee hours and schedules to maintain smooth operations.
- Provide feedback and address performance issues when necessary to promote team growth and productivity.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure the team is well-equipped for daily tasks.
- Ensure the car wash area is safe, clean, and organized at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management or a supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train and guide employees.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
