About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing, and building long-term client relationships. This is a high-energy role involving travel, attendance at trade shows, and active participation in industry associations.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Client Development:
- Source, develop leads, and prospect to continuously grow your pipeline.
- Utilize in-person, virtual meetings, and presentations to achieve annual sales targets.
- Conduct property walks, both in person and virtually, with potential clients.
- Maintain detailed client records in our CRM system (Connectwise).
Industry Representation:
- Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and industry professionals.
- Represent Watchtower Security at trade shows, after-hours events, and apartment association meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Team Collaboration:
- Participate in ongoing sales training and technical education.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
- Report weekly to your peer group and communicate effectively with clients during standard business hours (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) and as needed.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of closing deals through trust and honest business practices.
- Industry Knowledge: Multifamily housing industry experience is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Attitude: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values continuous learning.
