About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Lake Operations Supervisor to join our team at Waterfront Restoration LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining equipment, performing daily inspections, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities:
Refuel fleet of trucks
Unload lake weeds from crew trailers to dump trailer and drive dump trailer to offload at disposal site.
Transport SCUBA tanks to and from compressor facility
Organize and inspect trucks and trailers daily
Load trucks with supplies for the next day
Disinfect equipment (to kill zebra mussels and other invasive species)
Run errands related to maintenance; picking up parts, delivering vehicles for repair, etc
Maintain common areas in good condition
Make or arrange for repairs as needed
Evaluate and address any issues that may arise during operations
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in equipment maintenance and operation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility with scheduling, including potential Saturday/Sunday work
