Required Skills and Qualifications
This position requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and prior work experience in the HVAC industry and in sales. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and selling skills are required. The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also necessary. Additionally, this role requires the ability to read and interpret training material, as well as follow verbal and written instructions, guidelines, and objectives.
